Being a part of a team is amazing! You suffer through the painstaking hours of practice TOGETHER. You feel the frustration of loss when you and your teammates fail to pull out a win. AND you relish those moments of bliss when you win a game.
What if you owned the team? Would your view change? Would winning be celebrated differently? Would the impact of losing feel more significant? Would your focus shift and your perspective change? Would our world change if we began to view our roles in ministry, at work and throughout life as team players AND as owners?
Being a team player is vitally important at church, at work and in many aspects of life. Thinking, speaking and acting like an owner empowers everyone on the team to play, serve and lead at a higher level. Join us as we explore the mindsets of players and owners in ministry, in the workplace and life. This event will be filled with fun, laughter, and incredible inspiration. Speakers include Pastor Bryan McGee, Senior Pastor of ROCK Church and Scott Williams, Chief Solutions Officer for the consulting company Nxt Level Solutions.
